Impact Training
Impact Trainings are CSA's proven training modules, continuously improved to suit the need of the Social Pioneers. Spread over 3-4 days, they cater to development professionals looking to dive deep into a thematic area for personal and professional growth.
During the training, they acquire relevant concepts, applicable tools, and participate in peer-to-peer exchange. The core curriculum is standardized by our pool of experts with years of grassroots experience. Impact Training is offered throughout the year, based on pre-defined dates through an annual training calendar.
Customized Services
We provide short-term and long-term tailor-made programs based on the specific need and context of the organization. The short-term services include a series of 3-4 workshops along with mentoring support whereas the longer-term programs cover strategic engagements over a period of time.
